What can you buy for £ 1 ? The £ 1 eyeliner from the Revolution people has just been launched and frankly it really seems to be too good to be true. At that price one would expect a cheap pencil but according to several bloggers reviews, the quality is just fine, the pencil nibs are soft and easy to apply. So for less than the price of one budget eyeliner you can buy 5 Revolution pencils. At the moment Superdrug are running a promotion and you can pocket the lot for £ 4. I love the fact that they look just like colouring pencils and have a built in pencil sharpener, useful if like me you are always looking for a make-up sharpener.

I love the “Baddest Blue” shade, the Tipx white is a good essential colour, and the red and pink would make decent lip liners. It is quite amazing to see how Revolution can manufacture eyeliner pencils for that price. What I have seen of that brand has been very impressive, their various eye palettes are really good quality for a tiny price. Obviously the packaging is quite basic but the colours and pigmentation is very good. Let me know your thoughts about the super budget brands like Revolution.
